Supervision Specialist

I specialise in one-to-one supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, supervisors, trainers and trainees throughout the UK, to help you build a viable, thriving and fulfilling practice.

Over 20 years ago a client was referred to me by a colleague. This was my very first therapy client. I hadn’t even set up my room.

I had my first session with that very first client and then I realised I needed a supervisor. I asked my lovely therapist if she could recommend a supervisor for me.

In the time honoured therapeutic tradition she responded with a question.  Do you want someone cheap or do you want someone good?’ she asked me. I thought about it for a few seconds.

‘Someone good’ I replied.

It was one of the the best therapeutic decisions I ever made.

Hello. I’m Allan Kelly, a BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor and BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with real-world business experience.  I’ll help you to build a successful therapy practice that is both enjoyable and financially rewarding to run.

Supervision is my principle professional activity and my passion.

I am not a counsellor with a bit of supervision work tacked on the side.
I specialise in one to one supervision.

I am truly privileged to work with some wonderful counsellors, psychotherapists, supervisors, trainers and trainees throughout the UK.
